Instructions for Completing the SCA Application

1. Fill out the Personal and Contact information

Please provide all of the requested. Legacy Full Circle (LFC) and its affiliates and subsidiaries are required by Federal law to obtain your Social Security Number for commission and tax reporting purposes, including your current address, e-mail address, phone numbers and date of birth.

2. Read and Accept the Legacy New Business Partner Agreement

Please review and accept the terms of the LFC New Business Partner Agreement. You can print a copy of the Agreement for your records.

3. Enter Licensing information

New to the Industry - LFC is uniquely structured to recruit and help license and train individuals who are new to the insurance industry and are currently non-Life or Life/Health by the state. Enrollment Fee of $199 (Includes your 32 hour or 52 hours Online State Approved Pre-licensing Course & Legacy Boot Camp Classes)

Active Life or L/H - Agents who are currently licensed by the State are able to tremendously excel their career with LFC by adding our excellent training, non-captive environment, agency building training and excellent array of services not readily available with most agencies. Enrollment Fee of $129

4. Online Payment - Enrollment and Training fee

You will be asked to pay a non-refundable enrollment fee as part of the Application. Please have the exact name on your credit card, expiration date, and billing.

Additional Information and Disclaimers

1. LFC currently only accepts Applications from individuals residing in the United States. Applicants are responsible for determining any residency and legacy requirements to solicit and offer insurance and financial products in the United States.

2. Before you can solicit or sell insurance and financial products, or earn any commissions, you must obtain required state licenses, obtain errors and omissions insurance coverage, and get appointed by an insurance carrier to solicit business on their behalf. Please note that you are responsible for any State examination fees, as well as any regulatory and continued education licensing fees (if applicable).

3. The Enrollment Fee is non-refundable and covers the costs associated with Legacy Boot camp classes, weekly Corporate Overview trainings, access to your Agent Back office and client monitoring systems, and corporate administrative support in processing carrier appointment and forwarding and archiving client applications.

4. At LFC, we take maintaining personal and client data safe very seriously. LFC, its affiliate and its carrier partners are not responsible in any manner for damage or injury that may occur from use of this site or the willful or unintentional interception of your personal data by a third party. Your use of LFC websites and administrative systems are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Any agents attempt to compromise any LFC sites or its proprietary information shall be subject to immediate termination and possible legal recourse.

5. LFC does not guarantee approval of your Application and we reserve the right to decline your application(s) if you violate the letter and spirit of and rule or LFC’s goal to support each agent’s ability to succeed and for any agents attempt to do what is in the best interest of the client.
